Billco Motors Inc. in Wexford helped raise $655.00 for Haine School PTO with a VW School Fundraiser. The event was held on Saturday, November 14th, in conjunction with the school vendor expo and was sponsored by the Haine PTO
Volkswagen donated $50.00 to Haine PTO toward expenses involved in hosting the event and an additional $5.00 for each test drive completed with a product questionnaire. VW Routan minivans and other VW family vehicles were provided for parents and friends to test drive and evaluate. Billco Motors Inc supplied the vehicles, and volunteers from the dealership were on hand to assist with the fundraising activity.
“The VW School Fundraisers are mutually beneficial program, and we thoroughly enjoy our involvement” said Ken Hess, sales manager of Billco Motors. “We’re happy to support our local schools and enjoy demonstrating a great product. Parents are genuinely interested in learning about the new Routan minivans and are pleased to have our help raising extra dollars for the school. Everyone wins! We all had a great time”
